Bharat Bazaar BOOTH Guidelines  

  1. Ashirwad A Blessing Temple or Vedic Fair Chair reserves the right to ACCEPT or REJECT your booth request application.
  2. FORT BEND DIWALI – VEDIC FAIR 11 Date: Sunday 19.NOV.23 Time: 4PM – 8PM
  3. Bharat Bazaar Booth will be allotted on First Come First Serve Basis.
  4. Payment should be received within 24 hours from your application date. Booth Payment received will not be refunded.
  5. Payment should be made online.
  6. Follow instructions given by the booth coordinators during the event. 
  7. No LOUD Music allowed in the booths during the event that interferes with the event ENTERTAINMENT program.
  8. Bring your own extension cord, plug outlets, surge protector, duct tape, staples, tacks, strings, or other items needed for your booth.
  9. NO SMOKING in the Area.
  10.  If you have specific requests, please inform the coordinator as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
  11.  Distribution of Food is allowed only from Food Booths with proper permits from the City.
  12. Final layout of booths is subject to change based on Fire Marshal Recommendations or VEDIC FAIR Chair. 
  13. FOR FOOD BOOTHS ONLY

a)    Bring a dispenser for hand washing- a container with a spigot or spout.

b)   Bring hair restraints or caps for EACH food handler.

c)  Bring proper equipment for maintaining foods hot or cold.

d)  Bring chafing dishes with Sterno, electrical warmers, ice chests with ice, freezer etc.

e)  Bring your own ice, if you need it for your operations.
f)  On a first come first served basis, two businesses will NOT be allowed to sell one type of  food  item
g) No Alcohol or Liquor allowed.

f) IF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FINDS ANY VIOLATIONS AT YOUR BOOTH, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE FINES.

16. The final decision of allowing or allocating booths to the requesting organization or temple or an individual solely rests with Ashirwad A Blessing Temple’s president or Vedic Fair Chair. Ashirwad A Blessing Temple’s president or the Vedic Fair Chair at their sole discretion may issue or reject or cancel your booth registration request at any time before or on the day of the event and does not have to provide any reason for their decision to do so.

Ashirwad A Blessing Temple’s President or Vedic Fair Chair’s decision is

(a) final and conclusive; and

(b) must not be challenged, appealed against, reviewed, quashed or called in question in any court; and

(c) is not subject to prohibition, injunction or declaration in any court on any account.

17. Ashirwad A Blessing Temple’s President or Vedic Fair Chair reserves the right to change Bharat Bazaar booth guidelines at any time, and without prior notice.
